Client Problem
BERLM is a new coffee brand starting with packaged coffee sales, with plans to open a café later. They needed a brand identity that works for both product and future physical space.
Insight
Coffee brands need to work beyond packaging. The identity has to translate into a café environment so the brand feels consistent when it expands.
Solution
I designed a brand identity system based on patterns found in traditional Turkish and Ethiopian coffee cups. I turned these patterns into a brand symbol and applied them across packaging, with a system that can also be used in a future café space.
